Great interview. Not everyone could come off so well under those circumstances.
I have a non-related question.
Do you know if boiling or steaming tempeh prior to adding it to recipes (which is suggested in quite a few new cookbooks to ease the tempeh taste) reduces the nutrient content?

I don’t know. Based on what other foods lose, it probably loses some, but not most, of the water-soluble vitamins and minerals.

Geeze, Jack, those were good responses that you gave to the interviewer. This is probably the best interview I have read between an omnivore and a promoter of kindness to animals. I’d have gotten into a fight with that guy for sure.
