I can’t purchase the Kindle edition of VFL from amazon.com. The page says:
“This title is not available for customers from your location in: Europe”. I can buy other kindle ebooks just fine, for example Eric Marcus new vegan guide. Do you know if that is only a temporary thing?

Hi again,
I rechecked amazon.com tonight. Same problem, EU residents can’t presently buy the book there. Neither on bn.com (they don’t sell any ebooks to anyone outside US it seems). But I was finally able to purchase your book as an .epub ebook (adobe DRM) from kobobooks.com for 15$ with an EU visa card and EU billing adress. That information might be of use to others in the same situation. I’m sure international purchases of the book through amazon.com will be sorted out eventually but until then there is at least a working alternative. I will start reading the book now. Cheers.
