    I recommend a daily zinc supplement of about 10 mg for vegans whose sores don’t heal after becoming vegan, and also recommend eating higher protein foods (you can Google what plant foods are high in protein or search my site, I talk about them a lot). It could also be iron deficiency, though that’s less likely, in my opinion. Good luck!
