    Mr. Norris,
    Will this book encapsulate all the guidelines on your website or will there be more information to offer? I love your work but I was wondering if this is targeted to people who don’t follow your advice already.

    The book has a lot about healthy eating in general than what can be found on my websites. But there isn’t anything in it that is of critical importance to the health of vegans with respect to being vegan — I make that sort of info free. You can see the table of contents here.
